PSALM 107:20The Vision: My Vision as the Pastor, leader and Apostle is to see the lives of all those that will be changed through whatever God has given me to do. My heart reaches for the lost souls, be they sinners in the world or sinners in the church. My love for God's people obtain a rule of reaching out to bring back into the body of Christ the wounded soldiers such as; that pastor who's given up hope for whatever reason, and that discouraged evangelist who's taken off their traveling shoes. My vision is to encourage those who are gifted and are waiting on a chance to use the God given gift that has been imparted unto them. My souls' desire is to be anointed enough to pull the hell-ridden from the fire, be bold enough to reach past the faces of the proud, and show compassion for their hearts, yet be loving and humble enough to serve and bring the best out of anyone who wants to use the gift or work the work that God has given them to do. The Purpose: is to minister to the needs of the people whatever their need may be. The ministry reaches the: *Sick *Incarcerated *Homeless *Battered *Hungry The ministry just does not believe in feeding, sheltering, clothing and releasing them to fate, but we uphold a firm, conviction that if "you give a man a fish he can eat for a day, but if you teach a man to fish he can eat for a life time". At various city park sites we donate household necessities, canned goods etc...along with Christian live music and counseling which ministers to the soul. Apostle J. L. Cash Ministries, Inc. is a full time ministry. Although we have an evident love for people, we do realize that we can't help everyone in the world with all their needs, but we can surely do everything in our power to help those we can.Outreach Ministry: For if the heart of a man is nourished with love, as his stomach is nourished with wholesome food, he will surely produce positive likeness. Prison Ministry: Is one of our outreach programs that reaches out to both inmates and ex-convicts who exemplify a strong interest in being guided in the right direction. Apostle, Dr. J. L. Cash

Apostle, Dr. J. L. Cash was called by God at an early age to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ; He answered the call. After watching for several years from the late 60's to the early 70's, Pastor Francis Ford felt led of God to license this special young man to carry the gospel of Jesus Christ to the entire world. From the mid 70's to 1986 his ministry covered a great deal of Florida. In 1987 he stepped out on faith and the promises of God into full-time ministry. Along with him came an anointed and dedicated crusade team, ecclesiastically known as PRAISE. These people would stand with him in supporting the Spoken Word of God as he ministered from the pulpit, then take the stage to help deliver God's prophetic message of faith and life to His people through their music. Upon the maturity of his ministry he began to evangelize throughout the United States and abroad, later being called to Pastor. As he diligently fulfilled the calling of a pastor, the anointing of the Apostleship awaited him. Teaching, preaching, building and bringing restoration to the lives of God*s people, he has nurtured men and women of God into pastors under his leadership nationally and internationally. In 1991, he was one of the ministers called to minister Sunday morning services of hope and blessings to our soldiers as they prepared to go to war in the Persian Gulf. Next he was called to minister "Live" at the Pentagon in Washington D. C. Bishop A. Z. Hudson then extended an invitation for him to travel overseas to Belize City, Central America. After ministering in churches and on the streets in Belize City, Punta Gorda, Esperanza and a host of other cities and villages throughout Central America, the Mayor of Belize City then wrote a letter of recommendation, stating that Apostle Cash was indeed a true and faithful ambassador for the United States of America and Jesus Christ. Souls were saved people were healed and Apostle J. L. Cash was invited back to continue being a blessing to the people there. God has taken him before many of today's prominent people to minister to or minister with, such as: Mr. Philip Michael Thomas, from the hit T.V. series, Miami Vice, The Blues Brothers from the movie, The Blues Brothers, Mr. B. B. King, the comedian Sinbad, M. C. Hammer, playwrighter Tyler Perry, The God-father of Soul, James Brown, Dr. Bobby Jones, Helen Baylor, Candi Staton, Pastor Jackie McCullough, Pastor John P. Kee and a host of other renowned gospel recording artist and celebrities. On July 12, 2003, Apostle received his Doctorates Degree in Divinity and Music; An Honorary Doctorates Degree in Humanity. His main course and purpose of ministry is to prepare men and women not only for the soon return of Christ, but for service until he comes. His goal is to teach them how to combat the enemy on every level and the importance of simply loving one another. He is indeed a repairer of the breach and a builder of lives. Luke 4:18 says: The spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised. To preach the acceptable year of our Lord.This Scripture describes the ministry of Dr. J. L. Cash and it is also one of his favorites. His prayer is not to become famous as the world sees it, but to be effective in his life and his ministry. Being a warrior in the ministry for over 30 years he has found God to be a man of His word. Apostle, Dr. J. L. Cash wants to continue to walk in the humbleness and likeness of God by being a vessel to be used to touch lives.

FaithThe BenedictionWhen Love Is In The HouseFaithHebrews 11: 1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.Look at the part that says, (the evidence of things not seen)...There are so many things that God has for us that are un-seen...Not yet enjoyed, To come or future...Things sometimes difficult to obtain, though possible...Things that have already been promised, things already laid up for us... Our faith substantiates the promises of God...Making them present realities to us...Faith is the foundation for what we hope for - Faith lets us see it coming... 1). Faith and Hope go together - By faith alone we are sure of eternal things...That they are...But by hope we are confident that we shall have them. Read Romans 8:25 - Faith lets us see what we can have, Hope helps us get it...Faith enables the eyes of the soul to see what our natural eyes cannot...Faith is not shelter from difficulties, but belief in the face of it...Hope is hearing the melody of the future, Faith is to dance to it...Faith and works should always travel side by side...First faith, then works, then faith again... 2). The Bully: Fear, Doubt, Failure, Bad reports....Deal with it all, with FAITH...and HOPE...The bully, "Fear", wants to keep you in the flat lands of life...Fear don't want you to make the journey to the top of the mountain...Fear wants you to take your mind and eyes off of the peaks....and settle for the flat lands of life...Numbers 14:3, Deuteronomy 20:8...Our need to be in charge of ourselves, make trusting God real scary... 3). Character Over Reputation: It is required of a man that he be faithful, not successful...That he have character over reputation...Because your character is what you really are, your reputation is merely what others think you are...We are so into what people think of us, but who are you really?..How does your character Testify? Think about it....What happens when God wants a character reference on you? Do you tell him the latest of what people think of you, or do you talk about who you really are,...how you are really living, and what you are really doing or not doing? What is your real character like? The Bottom LineDon't let the things that are yours go unclaimed because you can't see them...Begin to feed your faith and your doubts will starve to death...Hope is to our spirits what oxygen is to our lungs...Your spirit dies when hope dies...They may not bury you right then, but without hope you are dead...Romans 8:24....So keep Faith and Hope alive. But what is it? What does that mean?The Benediction is a prayer for God's blessings or an affirmation that God's blessings are at hand. Pronouncing the benediction is a privilege, a priestly function of high responsibility as the final element of a wroship service.Through it, the Pastor speaks God's affectionate words of blessing over the congregation...The word Benediction comes from a Latin word benedico. Which means "to speak well" or "to speak words of good Omen"...It is a blessing meant to bring good...Its opposite is malediction or curse...Which sends evil.For the Hebrew, the power of the spoken word was awesome...Something they looked forward for... A word was more than a symbol to them...It carried the power to achieve an end... A blessing was much more than the sum of kind words; it actively brought good...In the new testament, the Greek word for benediction is eulogia (from which we get the word eulogy). Literally meaning "good words". Very closely related is the verb eulogeo. To bless, in the sense of calling down God's providence upon another.To better understand what benedictions are, it is helpful to understand what they are not...It is not a Prayer: A prayer speaks to God...a benediction speaks for God...Notice the party being addressed in a benediction. "The Lord bless you and keep you". The you here is the congregation...The minister is speaking for God over the people...It is not a Sermonette: While a benediction addresses the congregation, it is a favor given to them, not something asked of them. It is not a place in the service to recap sermon points or make a final plea. It is meant to be a gift to be carried with the members.It is not Wishful Thinking: Benedictions offer the power of God at work through the Pastor.The most famous benediction is the priestly benediction found in Numbers 6:24-25...Also known as The Trinitarian Blessing..."The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face towards you and give you peace."The New Testament gives us many benedictions, one of the most common, 2 Corinthians 13:14"May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all."So the next time you are ending your service remember you are speaking for God over his people and if you are visiting a church remember they are speaking for God over you...and the church said, Amen...Dr. J. L. Cash, Sr.When Love Is In The HouseWhen Love Is In The HouseFor years we've heard about love and some have even tried to sing and talk about the power of love. But to truly sing or talk about love one must know what love is, where it comes from and why. Before the house you live in can become a home, the home known as your heart, must become a house to love.Our bible teaches us that God loved the world so much until He gave His only son, and the son followed His Father's example and loved us so much until He gave His life that we would have life and have it more abundantly.First: What is love? God is love...Love is who God is and God is what love is ...1 John 4:8Next: Where does love come from? 1 John 4:7 says that love comes from God.Why? Because His love removes our sin...He gave His son as an act of love for the atoning sacrifice for our sins...Then He made it so plain, in 1 John 4:7 when He said, let us love one another, for love comes from God...Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God...Verse 8 says whoever does not love does not know God because He has given us of His spirit...So, whoever lives in love lives in God and God in him...verse 16...So when love is in the house, so is God himself...He's with us when we walk and live in love...This is why the Devil gets so mad shen our homes are homes of love or our churches are places the lost and un-loved can find love...The Devil knows and understands all too sell that when they find love, they have found God...So He does His very best to get and keep us bitter, hurt, angry, mad, sad, discouraged, depressed or anything that will stop the love of God from being in us or coming through us in any way...We simply end up in darkness...God is LIGHTSatan is DARKNESS2 Corinthians 6:14 ask, what fellowship can light have with darkness? Verse 15 asks what harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Verse 16 asks what agreement is there between the Church and Hell? The answer is NONE..Now, let's look at this love thing a little closer based on these few words from our bible...We know that the enemy is all around us, but He cannot come where love is... Where love is, He cannot be... Light and darkness cannot dwell together...The bitterness we have and the anger we practice only serve as doors to the Devil for him to get into our lives, our homes, our families and all that concerns us even our churches...Now here's the lesson I pray you get,Perfect love STOPS the DEVIL cold in his tracks...Why?Because God is love...When we love, we bring God into the picture, into the problem, into the home, on the job, in the family and you got it , into our churches...Satan does not want us to love one another because he knows where love is, he cannot be...If you are having problem in your home in your family begin to live love...God will be wherever you are if your love is real...This is why he said perfect love casts out all fear...When we love truly the Devil can't stay...Tell him, Satan you can come no closer, love is here...Satan you can do no more, love is here...So it's really true, what the world needs now is love sweet love...Luther Vandross song about the power of love but he left all of this out... Maybe he didn't know...Smile please...The Spinners song about a Mighty love, I wonder if they knew how mighty...They said, it could make a weak man strong but knock him off his feet to have a mighty love...But they didn't say how it would keep the Devil off his case and out of his house...God gave us the world's most powerful weapon when he gave us love... I wonder if that's why The Rev. Al Green said where love rules there's got to be more power...In the movies:The absence of love from his Mom and Dad made Batman a trouble child. The presence of love made SUPERMAN as weak as any other man. LOVE has come now from the big screen to you, what will you do with it? The Vision: My Vision as the Pastor, leader and Apostle is to see the lives of all those that will be changed through whatever God has given me to do. My heart reaches for the lost souls, be they sinners in the world or sinners in the church. My love for God's people obtain a rule of reaching out to bring back into the body of Christ the wounded soldiers such as; that pastor who's given up hope for whatever reason, and that discouraged evangelist who's taken off their traveling shoes. My vision is to encourage those who are gifted and are waiting on a chance to use the God given gift that has been imparted unto them. My souls' desire is to be anointed enough to pull the hell-ridden from the fire, be bold enough to reach past the faces of the proud, and show compassion for their hearts, yet be loving and humble enough to serve and bring the best out of anyone who wants to use the gift or work the work that God has given them to do. The Purpose: is to minister to the needs of the people whatever their need may be. The ministry reaches the: *Sick *Incarcerated *Homeless *Battered *Hungry The ministry just does not believe in feeding, sheltering, clothing and releasing them to fate, but we uphold a firm, conviction that if "you give a man a fish he can eat for a day, but if you teach a man to fish he can eat for a life time". At various city park sites we donate household necessities, canned goods etc...along with Christian live music and counseling which ministers to the soul. Apostle J. L. Cash Ministries, Inc. is a full time ministry. Although we have an evident love for people, we do realize that we can't help everyone in the world with all their needs, but we can surely do everything in our power to help those we can.Outreach Ministry: For if the heart of a man is nourished with love, as his stomach is nourished with wholesome food, he will surely produce positive likeness. Prison Ministry: Is one of our outreach programs that reaches out to both inmates and ex-convicts who exemplify a strong interest in being guided in the right direction.
